Upon approval of your application, COL will send your account number via e-mail. Then its now time to initially fund your account. In my case, my friend who went from vacation in the Philippines dropped my application forms and fund my account directly in COL office at PSE Centre, Ortigas, Pasig City. One day processed only and then I got my log-in details (account # and password) sent via my email address.
